A. O. Smith Names Ogan As Director-Product Management and Technical Support

Jeffery T. Ogan, Director-Product Management and Technical Support at A.O. Smith
A. O. Smith has announced the appointment of Jeffrey T. Ogan as director of product management and technical support for its North America Water Heating business unit. In his new role, Ogan is responsible for leading the business unit’s residential and commercial product management teams. In addition, he will manage the company’s residential, commercial, and tankless technical call centers in Ashland City, Tenn., and Johnson City, Tenn.
“Jeff brings extensive product knowledge along with the customer’s perspective to his new position,” David R. Warren, president and general manager-North America Water Heating, observed. “He is an enthusiastic and effective leader and is well suited for this role.” Ogan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in physiology from Southern Illinois Uni- versity in Carbondale and a Master of Science in biological sciences from Illinois State University in Normal. Ogan joined A. O. Smith in 2013 as a product manager, responsible for the gas tankless line of water heating products.
